I believe it will avail impact on a positive eye of the reader, as i have gained exposure of the same topic as I remember my fellow colleagues back in university were very much affected by lottery games some even using their study tuition fees in this modern gambling (lottery) ending up most likely quitting studies and or postponing the same to say a few.

I have much to say but i rest my case at this juncture, much appreciation to the authors of this paper.
